Service
Although we feel that all our properties are exceptional values, what really separates us from others is our service "after the sale".  We have a full time staff of maintenance personnel as well as an in-house accounting office and management staff to respond to any need once a property is occupied.  Although every building, new or old, has its problems, we work overtime to make sure those problems do not interfere with your business.
